Service Description
At Shamrock Space Studio, our Real Estate Photography services are both versatile and comprehensive, catering to a diverse array of properties. Whether it's an Airbnb rental, a luxury villa, a hotel, commercial spaces such as stores, storages, or shops, a residential property, or even a construction site, our professional real estate photographers have the expertise to showcase each one in a unique way. Our flexible approach ensures that we capture the perfect number of real estate photographs and emotive images to fully represent your property. Additionally, we offer the option of creating a captivating, stylish walkthrough video, complete with a licensed musical background. For an extra touch of flair, we can include an elegant model in the video. To round off our package, we provide stunning aerial services, including drone photos and videos, for a breathtaking bird's-eye view. No matter the type of property, we are fully equipped to highlight its best features. We charge $40 per picture with a minimum of 25 pictures. For large projects and returning customers, we offer a rate of $35 per picture with a minimum of 40 pictures, and $30 per picture for 50 or more pictures.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Please note that making an online booking through our system does not guarantee a confirmed booking. It serves only as a pre-booking request sent to Shamrock Space Studio to verify availability and details required to accommodate your request. You will receive an official booking confirmation via personal email only after paying a deposit of at least 50% of the total session cost. This confirmation officially guarantees your scheduled photo session. A pre-booking confirmation indicates that Shamrock Space Studio has received your request and is reviewing availability and relevant details. Within 72 hours, Shamrock Space Studio will contact you via email or phone to either finalize your booking or inform you if the requested date cannot be accommodated. Cancellation Policy If a customer cancels the appointment/order 3 days or less before the scheduled date, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. If a customer cancels the appointment/order more than 3 days prior to the scheduled date, the customer will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be communicated via phone call or email.
